This will be your first step to make the changes you have been wanting to do. The first step to move from fear to action, from anxiety to hope, from worry to clarity and contentment.
I know reaching out for support is scary and intimidating. I also know that living unfulfilled is even scarier and that you will feel empowered after the call.
What is a Discovery Call?
It is a complementary call (usually between 20 to 30 minutes) where you will have the opportunity to talk with me or the professional you are considering to work with. During this call you will have an opportunity to meet me and share what are you looking to accomplish in the coaching relationship.
You will be able to see if my coaching style works for you. On the other hand, I sill have the opportunity to see if I can support you in what you need. If so, which methodology would best work for you. If I am not the person to work with you, I will make sure to refer you to someone who can.
There are so many messages out there that makes us feel weak if we need to reach out for support, messages that suggest that we should be able to manage our emotions on our own. In reality is the other way around. Those of us who believe in getting support for our mental stability, we are the strong ones. We are the ones with the courage to do what it takes to live the life we want.
