CREATING A SUCCESSFUL WORKPLACE

We spend most of our day working. As leaders and employees, we will perform professionally based on how we feel personally. Companies and organizations that are stepping up providing a work environment that promotes interpersonal development are the ones that will experience lasting success because they nurture their employee’s well-being.

It has been proven that the level of performance is directly related with the quality of clear thinking, thoughts and beliefs.

With that in mind I offer workshops that I understand will make life long impact in all areas of an individual’s life.

Workshops:

Workshops based on the methodology of Dr. Brene Brown

I believe that for anyone to thrive in any aspect of their life, whether as a leader, employee, parent, or friend, they must first cultivate a strong relationship with themselves. That’s why my workshops are tailored to address the holistic needs of each participant, recognizing their multifaceted identity beyond their role in the workplace.
These workshops are based on the curriculum and methodology of Dr. Brené Brown. They are designed to work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. We explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness.

Main Topics are:

The Daring Way

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed to work with individuals, couples, families, work teams and organizational leaders. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living.

The primary focus of this methodology is to develop shame resilience skills and mastering the daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent and lead.

Rising Strong

The physics of vulnerability is simple: If we are brave enough, often enough, we will fall. Rising Strong is a book about what it takes to get back up and how owning our stories of struggle gives us the power to write a daring new ending. Struggle can be our greatest call to courage and the clearest path to a wholehearted life.

The Gifts of Imperfection

“Let Go of Who You Think You’re Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are” – Brene Brown

Are you engaging in the world from a place of worthiness? This workshop is about learning to be wholehearted and exploring why we focus so much on what other people think. It’s about stepping into the belief; I AM PERFECT and I AM ENOUGH!

This workshop is like a book club with the safe space for sharing and exploring our imperfections and what makes us unique.

Awareness to Action Enneagram Workshops

The Enneagram is a model of personality, it is a transformational tool. I have partnered with Awareness to Action International™, the leading global innovator in the theory and application of the Enneagram to organizations.  Mario Sikora is one of the world’s foremost authorities on the Enneagram and has worked with clients in 25 countries on five continents. Below is an overview of this powerful model for understanding yourself and others and for creating lasting change.

People with all sorts of personalities can be successful at work. There are successful introverts and successful extroverts, successful optimists and successful pessimists. Our personality style doesn’t determine our success, but while it is often the source of many of our strengths, it can create blind spots and obstacles that can hold us back.

The value of personality models is that they give us a framework for leveraging strengths and more-quickly recognizing blind spots and obstacles. A good model can also provide us with roadmaps for overcoming those blind spots and obstacles. No model of personality styles does those things better than the Enneagram.

These workshops are offered in three formats:

  • Half-day –
    • Instinctual Biases
  • Full-day –
    • Personalities@Work (Instinctual Biases and The Nine Strategies)
  • Two-Days – Full Experience
    • Personalities@Work (Instinctual Biases and The Nine Strategies)
    • Communication Styles
    • Leadership styles and derailers

Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is a professional partnership between a trained coach and an executive or leader within an organization. It focuses on enhancing the individual’s performance, leadership skills, and overall effectiveness in their role.

I am incredibly passionate about Executive Coaching because I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact it has on leaders. Through this journey, I guide them in discovering a deeper understanding of themselves and empower them to adopt more effective approaches to workplace interactions. It also facilitates the development of greater self-awareness, which in turn reshapes their leadership style and enhances their interactions with others.

In my coaching I incorporate the Integral Coaching™ methodology combined with other programs such as Daring Way™ by Dr. Brene Brown and Enneagram from Awareness.

Methodology – Integral Coaching™

Integral Coaching offers a specific, tailored and crafted program for each person. It is not a generic program; it is as unique as each one of us are. Integral Coaches meet clients where they are and work at being practical (short term support) and integral (overtime progress) Transformation occurs because the client is seen and is given a means to regain access to the unique qualities that only they embody.

While outcomes are specific to each client, Integral Coaching® programs always aim towards three broad ends:

Long-term excellence – this has two dimensions:

  • Competence – which is distinct from a goal because once we achieve it, it is something that stays with us afterward.
  • Fulfillment – is that feeling we get when what once burdened us has lifted.

Self-Correction – when we develop the capacity to identify the discrepancies between what we say are values are and what we do, between what we intend and the actual outcomes. When the client becomes self-correcting, they no longer need the coach, which is what we all want.

Self-generation – when we develop the ability to renew ourselves continuously by reaching out to resources without and within. When this becomes a practice, the process becomes continuous.

Additional Coaching Tools:

I incorporate tools from other programs such as Daring Way™ by Dr. Brene Brown and Enneagram from Awareness to support the client. These programs are rich in content and help leaders to:

  • Further develop their skills in self-awareness and emotional intelligence, that are crucial to adapting to and working with unforeseen changes.
  • Learn new healthier, more effective ways to address difficulties that helps prevent possible burnout or exhaustion.
  • Develop specific leadership skills, which can be learned, will lead to a successful, engaged and collaborative leader.

In the end our goal is to take the leader to a new level one that leads them to meet organization and supervisor expectations as well as their own.
