Working with Ana-Rosa has been rewarding for me as a division leader and for the groups I lead, to include Assistant Principals and Deans. These groups enjoyed working with Ana-Rosa because she is intentional and knowledgeable about the work we undergo every day. Ana-Rosa has taught us that as leaders, we are courageous. She has helped us tap into our talents so we can better serve our students. Ana-Rosa emphasized how necessary it is to become reflective, define our core beliefs, and explore our vulnerability as school leaders. We continue to reflect on Ana-Rosa’s workshop and we hope to continue this journey with her soon!
