The best part for me in working with Ana Rosa is her approach to the work and her genuine interest in making sure individuals feel heard and listened to. She provides a safe space for collaboration and learning. She is an absolute subject matter expert in her teachings and she’s done the work herself, which in my opinion is what makes a coach a GREAT coach. Some things that helped me when working with her were:

1. She is relatable; shares very inspiring stories that helps a person feel connected to the situation and hopeful
2. She has copious amounts of compassion and empathy which makes for a great leader
3. She is knowledgeable and clearly knows (from experience and from her coaching work) what motivates and inspires her clients to do the work for themselves.
